Glenn began his career in Real Estate in 1999. He brings to Rich's Realty a prior experience in management and financial planning allowing him to offer a unique customer service to every client he serves.
Barb's contribution comes from a different direction. Although she is recently licensed, Barb became very familiar with the real estate business many years ago as Glenn's assistant with his various duties while she maintained a full time career as a software instructor for Northwest Airlines. Her technical skills and customer service experience make her an intricate part of this successful team.
Together, they are committed to servicing their clients with professionalism, integrity, honesty and respect. This commitment combined with the expertise of Rich and Nancy Friedrichs produces a customized full service Real Estate brokerage for every client of Rich's Realty.
Jim Knowlton
I am a realtor for Rich's Realty and a resident of Brooklyn Park where I live with my wife Sue. Sue and I were married in 1965 and have resided in the NW metro area since 1968. We have two married daughters and six grandchildren. Sue works for a builder, as does our youngest daughter. Our other daughter is also in the home building business as a principal of Wyndmere Homes, Inc. and Regale Townhomes.
As a realtor at Rich's Realty, I primarily market new construction single-family homes constructed by Wyndmere Homes, Inc. However, I do also assist people in the sale and purchase of existing homes. At Rich's Realty we will assist you with the arrangement of financing, the initial design and construction of your new home or with the acquisition or sale of an existing home. When you work with me, you will receive detailed personal service. Rich's Realty has over two decades of real estate experience that I am able to draw on should I need assistance.
